Our client is a well established business with a number of prestige brands. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and mould the HR Department. Reporting to the Managing Director this is a hands on role encompassing the full HR life cycle. Day to day duties will include recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, Employee relations and supporting the growth and evolvement of the business.
An experienced, CIPD qualified HR professional is required with several years PQE, ideally gained within a customer centric, experience focused organisation. A flexible approach is required as well as a high level of resiiliance and the ability to prioritise, working to deadlines.
