Business development and planning


  • Assisting the Business Development Manager and the senior team with the delivery of the business development plans, marketing and CRM activity.

  • Supporting the firm’s development and growth by ensuring key marketing initiatives are promoted across the appropriate digital channels for example; website, social media and email marketing.

  • Organise the business development meetings and planning days.


Marketing Events


  • Working with the Business Development Manager on presentations, marketing brochures and merchandise/other supporting materials.

  • Responsible for the overall project management of a series of high-quality events including: organising and managing pre and post event activities, itineraries, agendas, drafting and coordinating invitations and responses, liaising with lawyers, clients, contacts and business partners.

  • Assisting the BD Manager to manage the creation, implementation and analysis of email marketing campaigns to defined marketing lists to promote business news, legal updates and key events.


Communication through website and social media


  • Supporting the Business Development Manager in updating, maintaining and continually improving the website, including updating news posts, vlogs and textual amends.

  • Regularly checking the website and assisting in the co-ordination of monthly website analytics.

  • Maintaining and developing the firm’s photography and video galleries.

  • Assisting the BD Manager in planning and executing the firm’s social media plan including monitoring of the corporate LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube accounts as well as supporting key lawyers across the business to maximise their social media exposure.




  • Assisting the senior team in the development and implementation of its CRM to enhance its business development activities.

  • Collation and recording of event attendance, feedback and follow up activity on the CRM system.

  • Working on updating database with data co-ordinator




  • Understand the development of our brand and be a brand ambassador at all times.

  • Ensure all content produced for internal or external use adheres to our guidelines, consistency of style and design format. Ensure a good use of English at all times and follow relevant house style procedures.

  • Help organise internal branding workshops




  • Co-ordination of photoshoots, to encompass liaison with photographers, organisation of logistics/diaries and management of image storage.

  • Ability to process invoices for business development and marketing activities.






  • Educated to degree level and has strong IT literacy.

  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and hard-working with a professional approach when dealing with clients, contacts, colleagues and other key stakeholders.

  • Strong IT skills including experience using Microsoft Office, Adobe packages, Photoshop, Content Management System (website) and CRM/database systems.

  • A good communicator with interpersonal skills who is a team player and can also work independently.

  • A proven track record of working in fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Good eye for detail

  • Experience using variety of offline and online marketing channels.

  • Ability to create good working relationships with colleagues, clients and suppliers.



CIM qualification/ marketing degree

Use of Microsoft Dynamics software

Ability to write/ good grammar
