What to expect

Joining as a Business Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be receiving calls from business customers only providing an immediate response. You’ll clarify the customer’s needs and investigate issues, complaints, questions and bill queries assuming direct responsibility with each customer you interact with. You will be working to our performance measures and ensuring that you meet all regulatory obligations.

All calls are inbound, you will be required to demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls, be assertive and enthusiastic with exceptional customer service skills.

About you

In this versatile role, you’ll need to be a customer service champion, using excellent problem solving skills and a passion for working together with customers to resolve issues. You’ll be resilient and assertive, with a focus on adapting quickly to a range of situations. An important part of this role will involve offering products and payment services to add value to customer accounts.

You’ll need to bring good IT skills to your new role, as you’ll be handling customer information and updating our databases on a daily basis and you’ll be comfortable in a target-driven environment where you’ll be reporting your progress to your manager regularly.

Working Hours and salary:

Salary of £17,154 which will increase through 2 salary points up to £19,162.

Working hours will be between 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am – 5:00pm on a Friday. You’ll receive 23 days of annual leave rising to 25 days after 2 years with the company.
