NRG is currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join our prestigious client based in Newcastle City Centre. Candidates must be highly organised and enthusiastic with the ability to work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision.
Duties of the role include: -
Providing efficient support to Partners/Fee Earners
Typing and using a case management system to produce documents including letters, forms etc.
Liaising with clients and other professionals to make appointments and manage diaries
Assisting with post, photocopying, scanning and file management
Undertaking administrative tasks
To be considered for the role you must: -
Have previous Legal Secretary experience
Knowledge of case management and digital dictation is essential
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including basic excel
Be confident creating, amending and formatting large complicated documents
