NRG are currently recruiting for a PA to join our innovative client based in Newcastle City Centre. The role is newly created due to growth within the business and will support 3 members of the Executive team.
Key Accountabilities: -
Proactively managing and coordinating activity on behalf of the Directors
Arranging meetings including agendas, minutes and actions etc.
Attend key meetings to take minutes and follow up
Organise conferences and events
Greet and assist visitors
Write presentations and other communications as directed
Other ad hoc duties as and when required
To be considered for the role you must: -
Have recent and considerable experience as a PA supporting colleagues at Executive level
Be highly confidential and diplomatic
Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Ideally have experience working in an SME
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
