NRG is currently recruiting for a Part Time Office Administrator to join our client based near Newcastle City Centre on a permanent basis.
This is a part time position working reduced hours and can be spread over 4 or 5 days.
Duties of this role include: -
Working alongside the management team to renew all contracts
Update of monthly spreadsheets and the CRM system
Making travel and accommodation bookings for colleagues
Answering a busy switchboard and helping clients resolve their queries
Carry out general office duties/administration
To be considered for the role you must have: -
Recent and considerable experience in a similar position
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage and prioritise significant workloads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be reliable and trustworthy
