Our Public Sector client are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a temporary basis of initially 2 months with a possibility to be extended. Based in Bedfordshire.
Reporting into the Senior HR Adviser you will be responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and reviewing HR policy and procedure to ensure compliance. Providing generalist HR advice and support.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Reviewing, researching, producing, consulting and implementing HR policies and procedures
Developing and delivering training, advice and information for all managers on new and existing policies and procedures
Advising on casework such as discipline, performance, attendance, grievance and equality issues
Undertaking job evaluation using the system and advising relevant managers and individuals of results
Undertaking job analysis liaising with relevant managers as required
Assisting recruitment, promotion and selection processes as necessary
Providing general HR advice and support on policy interpretation
You will be CIPD qualified or part qualified with significant work experience in the HR field. Minimum 3-5 years HR experience including policy formulation role and advisory role.
