My client is a leading, multinational provider of transportation. They are looking for someone to cover the North East of England in a business development and account management capacity. This is a role with a lot of autonomy and is a great business to build a career with - company car included.

Day-to-day responsibilities (not limited to):

-You’ll be developing relationships with local businesses

-Growing the company’s revenue by negotiating new contracts with these local businesses that relate to transportation of consumers into the local area

-Be responsible for the B2B relationships in the whole NE region – being required to undertake tasks that you have set yourself, as well as by management

-Work closely with the marketing arm of the business to make new materials that can be used in the sales process



-Evidence of business development and/or account management

-Evidence of winning new business and identifying new opportunities

-Ambitious, personable and good at relationship building
