NRG is currently recruiting for an Property Administrator to join our prestigious client based in Gateshead.
The role is a 6 month fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
Duties of the role include: -
Manage the online booking system
Responding to telephone and email bookings
Process relevant paperwork
Producing and sending invoices, taking payments accordingly
Communicate with customers in a polite and friendly manner
Prepare paperwork for property maintenance
Purchase materials and replenish stock
To be considered for the role you must:-
Have recent and considerable experience as an administrator
Have a full UK driving license and assess to your own car.
Have good verbal and written communication skills
Have the ability to multitask
