NRG are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our client in Newcastle. My client is a prestigious, well established service provider who is looking for enthusiastic new member of the HR team.

 

Duties of the role:-

*Provide administrative support to the Director of HR and HR team

*Maintaining employee records

*General administration including diary management and filing

*Adhoc project work

*Maintain the HR system to ensure data is accurate and up to date

*Assist with the on-boarding of new employees

*Complete new starter checks including referencing

*Co-ordinating induction programmes for each new starter

*Maintain employee absence records

*Support the recruitment process

*Maintain training records and budgets

 

To be considered for the role you must have:-

*Experience working within an HR team

*Excellent organisational and time management skills

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative

*Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
