HR Business Partner

NRG are delighted to be working exclusively with an established and growing national business to source a permanent HR Business Partner.


This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the HR team, developing effective working relationships, influencing, supporting and challenging the senior management team on the development and delivery of a robust people strategy in support of the achievement of the overall business objectives.


Key deliverables will include:-


  • Contributing to and, where accountable define policies and processes that support regions, people strategy and objectives

  • Equip Heads of Departments/regional Directors/General Managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people strategy for performance management, absence management, career management

  • Drive consistency across the business in talent attraction

  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure that tools and policies are aligned across the business

  • Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies and understand the landscape for further improvement

  • Provide expert input across a range of HR issues, generalist and specific

  • Participate in relevant projects, leading and championing as appropriate to maintain and build on the organisations reputation as an employer of choice

  • Proactively share best practice & HR intelligence



To be considered for this role you should:


  • Have a current CIPD qualification or equivalent with up to date membership

  • Have the ability to build excellent relationships with customers both internal and external

  • Have excellent IT skills, highly experienced in Microsoft Excel

  • Demonstrate good commercial awareness

  • Possess a full, clean driving license


The business has a national presence and this role will cover a specific region of the UK. With this in mind you must be flexible in travelling occasionally.
