NRG is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Engagement Manager to join our well established client based in Durham City Centre.
The role requires candidates with excellent recruitment knowledge, ideally within a global market to work with graduates helping them secure a graduate position.
Duties of the role include:-
Identify, negotiate and develop key relationships with employers, recruitment agencies, professional stakeholders and other stakeholders.
Identify and secure appropriate regional, national and international organisations to participate in events and activities in the UK and Overseas
Contribute to the development and implementation of operational and strategic plans and service level agreements to establish firm relationships with the recruiter community
Prepare and manage the service area budget or budgets and monitor expenditure to ensure cost-effective service delivery
Produce reports and analyse statistical metrics which highlight employability success
Plan, implement and monitor continuous service improvements to enhance the delivery of stakeholder services
To be considered for the role you must have:-
Significant recruitment experience (ideally developed internationally)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to make to make professional presentations to corporate partners
Be educated to degree level or equivalent
The ability to contribute to planning at operational level
The ability work undertake occasional international travel and have flexibility to work outside of normal office hours
