My client is based in Durham and they are in the Education sector.
They have an exciting opportunity for an HR Advisor to join them on a fixed term 12 month contract.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for providing generalist HR advice and support to a dedicated area, dealing with the full range of staffing issues, such as recruitment, employee relations, role evaluation and reward.
Provide management for stakeholder service and/or processes ensuring a high quality and timely service to all stakeholders.
Contributing to operational leadership teams and decision making to shape the nature and level of support services.
Analyse service data and processes and provide reports to the HR Business Partner and Head of HR Business Partnering making recommendations for improvement as appropriate.
Provide proactive and comprehensive HR support to Head of Services and Departments to achieve strategic and operational priorities.
Ensuring regulations and procedures are updated to take account of internal and external changes.
Coordinating and overseeing committee working and dealing with complaints.
Provide HR training and/or instruction to stakeholders.
You will have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships both internally and externally. Certified member of CIPD (Level 5) and post qualification experience in a medium to large organisation.
