You main duties will include:
Provide regional operating company with value-added insight to commercial performance, highlighting areas of opportunity to further improve profitability.
Support analytical support for all commercial decision making and track delivery against plan
Own the budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycle for revenue and commercial change agenda
Use standard reports to review ongoing performance of routes, markets and products, highlighting any changes in trends causing risk or opportunity
Support the Head of Commercial in conducting performance reviews on agreed markets or routes as required, proactively instigating deep dives in to areas of concern or opportunity
Ongoing review of revenue & patronage data and reports, delving in to detail to help articulate a summarised view of performance with clearly identifiable areas of focus
Monitor the ongoing trend in markets including changes to competitors and other macro impacts
Recommend improvements in standard reporting to the analysis and BI teams
You must have a high degree of computer literacy and experience of understanding and working with KPI’s. You need to be an effective Team player who is comfortable working on their own, flexible in your approach to work, resilient and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines with a strong attention to detail.
