NRG are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator to join our growing client based in North Tyneside on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Facilities Service Centre Manager, you will be providing 1st line advice and support to a wide range of Clients.


Duties of the role include:-


  • Speak to clients via telephone, email and their bespoke system

  • Collate data on Excel spreadsheets

  • Input and manage planned maintenance

  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

  • Liaise with clients and contractors at all levels

To be considered for the role you must:-


  • Have excellent communication skills – written and verbal

  • Have strong IT skills

  • Be commercially focussed with a customer centric approach

  • Have recent and considerable customer service experience
