Conversion Development Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £38,000

  • Define, test and optimize online user experience and customer journeys in order to increase conversion rates.

  • Work with central team on the planning and execution of MVT testing across multiple platforms.

  • Analyse website performance, user behaviour and marketing campaigns.

  • Support development of strategy and planning for content, cro and personalization to inspire and convert potential customers through conversion marketing initiatives.

  • Lead on roll out of Marketing Automation project working in collaboration with Customer Engagement Manager to ensure end to end data driven personalisation.

  • Lead on delivery and development of App

  • Liase with sales and b2b organisation

  • Support Head of Conversion Marketing on centrally led projects

  • Work in collaboration with wider marketing team to lead on cross functional projects.

  • Responsible for collaborating on workload of conversion specialists

  • Remain up to date with the latest tools and best practices in online conversion industry and present these on a regular basis

Profile: Skills, experience, education (use bullets)

  • Skilled digital marketing professional with minimum of 3 years’ experience in web/cms management, onsite seo, cro activity and understanding of personalization.

  • Experience of multiple language digital marketing activity across websites

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Marketing, Digital or Business degree or professional marketing qualification desirable
