-To advise customers of choices appropriate to their events, using own judgement when to pass complex enquiries onto
the Conference Coordinator or Team Leader.
-To coordinate, receive, process and administer all bookings via Kinetics events software.
-To respond to queries and handle customer complaints.
-Comprehensive knowledge of IT packages, e.g. Word, Excel
-Good oral/written communication skills
-Experience of corresponding with Conference Delegates/Organisers.
-Kinetics (KX) Knowledge (Training will be given)
