Role to include:

This role will involve providing support to Sage customers, this is achieved by delivering an exceptional customer service in an efficient and professional way, instilling confidence in products and services.

You’ll be required to understand customers’ business needs potentially identifying ways in which additional products will support their business and its development.

You’ll also be required to demonstrate and deliver exceptional problem solving and trouble shooting skills. Our client are a technology led business, a good understanding of our technology is desirable. We look forward to you becoming part of the journey

£10.71 per hour – full product and system paid training is provided

Working hours Monday – Friday between 08.00am – 6.00pm
