An exciting new opportunity with a large tyre company looking has come up, we are looking to recruit Call Centre Administrators based in Gateshead.
This is a great time to get on board as our client is expanding their Operations department and the Operations team.
We are looking for Administrators to support the team to continue to deliver exceptional customer service to all their customers, through the completion of a number of different administration responsibilities. This role involves receiving incoming calls from internal and external customers, general enquiries, scheduled service bookings, emergency service (rapid response calls) . Logging enquiry through Computerised systems, sourcing relevant information to enable 'jobs' to be raised and allocated to relevant zone/area/technician. Raising invoices and dealing with invoice queries.
The role will involve delivering high levels of admin support and outstanding levels of customer service through your daily tasks, including high levels of data inputting. .
You will be proficient in using IT, have experience at delivering excellent customer service and thrive working under pressure.
Interviews are being held this week with a view to start succesful candidates on 25th March.
