What to expect
Joining as a Cash Operations Advisor, you’ll be analysing flagged customer accounts and carrying out a factual investigation into high bill enquiries and account inaccuracies. Once you have completed the investigation you will be required to call the customer to inform them of the outcome and what steps they will need to take from this point.
In this specialist role, you’ll need to have attention to detail. Have the ability to use excellent problem solving skills to resolve account issues, with a focus on adapting quickly to a range of situations. Previous experience in this role is desirable.
You’ll need to bring good IT skills to your new role, as you’ll be handling customer information and updating our databases on a daily basis and you’ll be comfortable in a target-driven environment where you’ll be reporting your progress to your manager regularly.

Salary of £16,900 which increases with grade to up to £18,879.
Applicants will work between the hours of 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday 37 hours per week. You’ll receive 23 days annual leave rising to 25 days after 2 years with the company.
