NRG are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our client based within the charitable sector based in Newcastle. This is a highly rewarding position that will involve developing relationships with existing customers and building appropriate networks/partnerships.
This position will involve overseas travel.
Duties of the role include:-
Working with the Regional Manager to maintain a quality portfolio in line with corporate objectives
Establish, develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers
Carry out an annual review of each customer outing together a review document to be presented to the board
Contribute to annual business planning and budget process
Assist the Regional Manager in the development of a marketing strategy
To be considered you must:-
Have at least 2 years experience working in a customer facing role
Have excellent customer relationship management skills
Have sound business analysis skills and be able to understand/interpret financial reports and information
Be educated to degree level or equivalent ideally in Business or Finance
