NRG have partnered with a highly recognised insurance company based in Newcastle who is actively looking for an experienced Release Incident Manager to join on an initial 3 month contract.
As a member of the team you will be responsible for ensuring project deliverables required for a given release are planned, aligned and delivered in a co-ordinated manner in readiness for the implementation of the release.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Extensive release / project management experience
Excellent planning, management and collaboration skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and programme team members
Understanding of live operations (business and IT) and the enhanced support arrangements required for a major implementation
Strong focus and sound decision-making
Extensive experience of the IT and change delivery life-cycle
Excellent communication, motivation and organisation skills
Package software implementation experience
Experience working within Insurance market
