Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the practice’s fee-earners to support with their administrative needs in order to facilitate their achievement of targets.

  • Accurately update and manage data of both clients and advisors by using the in-house CRM system.

  • Working to tight deadlines

  • Applying high levels of accuracy and attention to detail towards all daily tasks to demonstrate a diligent approach and attitude

  • Other Ad-Hoc administration duties, such as emails, memos, attending and arranging meetings, diary management and PA duties.

About You

  • You must have a degree

  • Experience using a CRM system

  • Previous experience providing a high level of administrative support to a team and the ability to use Microsoft office is also desirable

  • Excellent communication skills alongside a professional, personable demeanour

  • You must have a proactive approach to your work.
