NRG is currently recruiting for a Front of House Receptionist to join our well known client based in Newcastle. The role is newly created within one of the fastest growing companies in the UK and will give the successful candidate the opportunity to learn and grow moving forwards.
Duties of the role include:-
Providing a professional and friendly welcome to all internal and external customers
Organise staff travel bookings
Manage a busy switchboard and direct calls professionally and efficiently
Prepare meeting rooms and check throughout the day
Project work and event organisation
To be considered for this role you must have:-
A minimum of 2-3 years administrative/reception experience in a rapid growth environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills
A full driving license and access to your own car
