NRG are delighted to be sourcing a Recruitment Manager for a well established organisation based in the Newcastle region.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high growth opportunity and to help shape the future talent of the business. The role is initially fixed term (minimum 6 months) but could be extended / made permanent for the right candidate.
The Recruitment Manager role will be central to the organisations ambitious growth plans and will support volume recruitment, introduce a flexible resourcing model and work with the established HR team to transform the current recruitment processes and systems. You will be involved in developing the employer brand and new and innovative attraction strategies incorporating new technology and social media.
As Recruitment Manager you will take the lead on managing volume recruitment and campaigns as well as assisting with senior end and niche role recruitment across permanent, temporary and interim / fixed term assignments.
We are looking for a passionate, innovative and experienced recruitment professional who has a track record in managing and delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions in fast paced and complex organisations. You will understand the importance of using and developing Social media as an attraction tool and have experience working with third party suppliers. You will have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills and be able to influence art all levels.
