Manager Customer Satisfaction Surveys for all markets, ensuring that monthly reports are delivered.
Contributing with Marketing Planning Manager on research developments and strategy.
Experienced research analyst to undertake aspects of research analysis Marketing.
Facilitate research planning and reviews with management and build a system for research reporting.
Building relationships with internal teams and external agencies.
COMPETENCIES / DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree is desirable along with 2-3 years market research experience.
Data savvy with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyse data and tell a story from the data.
Thorough knowledge of research principles and procedures.
Experienced research software user with excellent administration skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills with well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritise multiple projects and tasks.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and Tableau.
Previous use of Basecamp would be advantageous.
Good at building working relationships.
Excellent project management skills.
