NRG is delighted to be working with a growing local business that is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team. The role will be responsible for organising and coordinating office operations in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
The position is initially a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
Duties of the role include:-
Provide administration support to the Managing Director and wider team
Answer, screen and transfer incoming calls
Schedule and coordinate meetings/appointments
Input data into company systems
To be considered for the role you must have:-
Recent and considerable Administration experience
A professional manner and be able to maintain strict confidentiality
Very effective organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
