Working for our digitally dedicated client as part of a team to provide support for learners and employers.
The succesful candidate will monitor and drive the learners’ timely progress for IT Apprenticeships in all elements of the apprentice and to maintain data integrity of Data Management Systems and relevant trackers. Our client is a training provider who genuinely care about the success of their apprentices you will provide guidance regarding Customer Relations Referral and handle each apprentices learning journey with care.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and telephone skills are essential
- A good standard of literacy, numeracy and ICT literacy, specifically Microsoft Excel
- Experience in an administrative role in a fast paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
