What to expect


Joining as a Digital Customer Service Advisor, You’ll be investigating and providing an immediate response to a defined range of customer queries and deliver an appropriate accepted resolution. You’ll respond directly and promptly to inbound digital contact via email, web chat & instant messaging. You’ll be responsible to clarify customer needs and investigate complaints.


Working closely to company guidelines, you’ll provide accurate and relevant information about retrieve and update customer or company information, on a defined range of company IT systems to ensure accurate information is held and is available for processing as appropriate.


About you


In this specialist role, you’ll need to be a digital customer service champion, using excellent problem solving skills and a passion for working together with customers to resolve issues. You’ll be resilient and assertive, with a focus on adapting quickly to a range of situations and building rapport with people from all walks of life.

You’ll need to bring good IT skills to your new role, as you’ll be handling customer information and updating our databases on a daily basis and you’ll be comfortable in a target-driven environment where you’ll be reporting your progress to your manager regularly.

Salary of £16,900 which will increase with grade to up to £18,879, as well as an unsociable hour’s allowance of up to £119 per month. You’ll also have access to additional on-target earnings of up to £100 per month.


Working Hours:

Applicants will work between the hours 08.00am - 8.00pm Monday – Friday 10.00am - 3.00pm Saturday. One Saturday in three. This additional late shift is reimbursed with a day off in lieu during the week. You’ll receive 23 days of annual leave rising to 25 days after 2 years with the company.
