NRG are delighted to be recruiting for a Trainer to work for a prestigious client within the Financial services sector.

Duties of the role include:

  • Design, delivery and evaluation of education, training and support activities in line with a pre-defined training strategy and plan.

  • Providing a variety of training to include classroom setting, video conferencing, on one-to-one basis or e-learning

  • Produce quality written procedures, user manuals and materials to support the use of systems and compliance with business processes.

  • Assisting with creation and delivery of user manuals and materials during induction and thereafter.

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation.

  • Report on monthly MI accurately reflecting training and development activity carried out.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience of training and/or coaching a team or individuals – workshops, one to one, webinars and group presentations

  • A training or relevant qualification (CIPD)

  • Experience working within the Financial Services sector - ideally within the life sector

  • Strong communication skills, good at working with as part of a team or alone, flexible, adaptable and patient

  • The ability to work under pressure

  • Display role model behaviours in line with group values, policies and procedures


This role is permanent and full time. Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
