NRG are delighted to be recruiting for a Trainer to work for a prestigious client within the Financial services sector.
Duties of the role include:
Design, delivery and evaluation of education, training and support activities in line with a pre-defined training strategy and plan.
Providing a variety of training to include classroom setting, video conferencing, on one-to-one basis or e-learning
Produce quality written procedures, user manuals and materials to support the use of systems and compliance with business processes.
Assisting with creation and delivery of user manuals and materials during induction and thereafter.
Contribute to the design and delivery of training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation.
Report on monthly MI accurately reflecting training and development activity carried out.
To be considered for this role you must have:
Previous experience of training and/or coaching a team or individuals – workshops, one to one, webinars and group presentations
A training or relevant qualification (CIPD)
Experience working within the Financial Services sector - ideally within the life sector
Strong communication skills, good at working with as part of a team or alone, flexible, adaptable and patient
The ability to work under pressure
Display role model behaviours in line with group values, policies and procedures
This role is permanent and full time. Salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.
