NRG is working with an industry leader to recruit for their next office manager.


About the Role:

  • Supervise the Firm’s accounting team and be responsible for completing the monthly accounting process on time.

  • Direct the process improvement effort, working closely with the Partners and accounts team.

  • Maintain and develop the Firm’s IT and Communications infrastructure, working with external providers to provide a secure and cost-effective system.

  • Oversee the Marketing process leasing with the Partners and external providers to maximise the benefits to the Firm.

  • As a member of the Senior Management Team advise on Human Resource and Health and Safety issues regarding the day to day planning process.

  • Formulate and communicate policies and procedures on all aspects of the organisations operations.

  • Identify long and short-term development needs for the best utilisation of all human resources, including recruitment, re-deployment and restructuring.

  • Manage the Training and Development activities at the Firm. 

  • Review and analyse changes in the external business environment, and develop strategies and programmes aimed at maintaining/improving organisations position.


About you:

  • You will have previous experience in a supervisory position within an office setting.

  • Ideally you will have a professional qualification in Finance (ACCA/CIMA) or HR (CIPD)

  • You will be more than able to use your own initiative and be bale to reply on your own decision making process.
