NRG are currently recruiting for Customer Contact Centre Associate’s to join our prestigious client based in Sunderland.

About the role

You will need to be a real people person with great communication skills (both written and verbal) and you will thrive from working in a busy, target driven environment. Being adaptable and having a flexible approach is key as they go through significant and exciting changes as an organisation.

 Working in the contact centre, you will be speaking to customers and third parties, dealing with account queries and payment requests and ensuring these are dealt with accurately and promptly.

It doesn’t matter if you haven’t done this type of work before as we will give you all the training you need. It’s your personality and life experience that we value and your desire to display the very best behaviours to colleagues and customers that will make you perfect for us.

It would be great if you have the following:

  • 5 GCSE’s Grade A- C including Maths and English OR 2 years’ relevant work experience

  • Experience of dealing with customers either face to face or over the phone

  • Competent in Microsoft Office  (Word, Excel Outlook)

  • A team player with a good eye for quality and attention to detail

 

Working pattern

35 hours per week Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm with the occasional Saturday. The operating hours are extended until 8pm over the last 3 days of the month.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo the Pre-Employment Screening Process before commencing employment. Employment will be subject to satisfactory clearance on background checks including Identification, Passport Validation, Finance, Qualification, Employment / Personal referencing and Criminal Record Basic Disclosure checks.
