Our client is looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join them based across a couple of sites in Newcastle.
Support the Facilities Manager to deliver a diverse range of facilities activities across the business.
Coordinating the services and activities of internal and external supply arrangements (e.g. cleaning, porterage, window cleaning, waste, grounds maintenance, etc)
Provide 1st line management, supervision and coaching of resources across a range of disciplines
Support the FM in the creation and communication of appropriate activity Risk Assessments across teams, updating where necessary
Sickness and absence management of direct reports, collating management reports and leading on staff management processes with the support of HR and senior management.
Experience of delivering FM service solutions
Experience of managing and procuring 3rd part supplier goods and services
Experience of effectively managing large groups of staff
Budget monitoring and control
