We are looking for driven customer focused individuals to join a team within the financial services.
This is a busy and fast moving environment whereby you will be working with our customers who have mortgage shortfall debt and other losses, where you will then be responsible for identifying the best way in which their debt can be settled.
You will be speaking with customers who are struggling financially and provide them with accurate solutions to confirm outstanding payments are returned.
You will be working towards agreed SLA’s
Ensuring you are maintaining a high level of quality for transactional and telephony processes.
Dealing with a range of complex customer queries, problem solving to find the best solution
Current and/or previous customer service experience
Quality driven with an eye for detail
Target and quality driven
Salary and benefits:
For your hard work you will receive a competitive salary of up to £19,000 however, this can be negotiable depending upon experience. You will also be rewarded with a great benefits package
This is a full time permanent contract working 35 hours per week. You will need to be flexible between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm Monday – Friday. Saturday working is also involved.
