To support the delivery of the brand, customer, marketing and product strategies of the business.
To support the development, management and enhancement of the reputation and brand of the Society, through the development of effective brand management, communications, community and customer strategies
Main Duties of the role
To support the management of the brand through appropriate propositional and image management ensuring a consistency of delivery.
To support the sponsorship and community activity and programmes of the Society.
To enhance customer outcomes (e.g. satisfaction, NPS score, customer numbers) in line with the overall Strategy and ensure adherence to conduct risk guidelines.
To promote a positive, forward looking customer focused culture of the Society.
To support the product portfolio strategy and management of the product mix and new product development in line with customer propositions and strategy.
To ensure the Society complies with relevant legislation and regulation (e.g. BCOBS, Financial Promotions etc)
To measure performance of marketing initiatives and determine appropriate advertising and communication mix for future promotions.
To manage the 5% pledge to the community and future plans of this key initiative.
