Connect Health is the largest specialised independent provider of community musculoskeletal (MSK) services in the UK, serving over 300k NHS patients per year and 100+ businesses. We put our three key stakeholders – patients, tax payers and our colleagues – at the heart of every decision we make.

“Best thing about Connect? For me it’s the opportunities to develop”

Connect Health have been asked to provide and manage the delivery of the MSK Service on behalf of Croydon CCG. Our aim is to build on the success of the previous service through application of our specialist MSK supportive infrastructure. We expect the service to grow and as such are looking for skilled, motivated and passionate clinical staff to join the existing team in delivering a fantastic, innovative local service to the people of Croydon. Our philosophy of care is based on patient empowerment; ensuring all people have timely access to the right information that allows them to self-manage or make informed and shared decisions about their future care needs. We support staff to understand the importance of a BPS, evidence-informed approach which has shared decision making at its heart as well as a focus on activity/exercise.

We want people who share our passion to join our motivated, ambitious and fast-growing team. We focus on competency, developing talent and offer great flexibility. You’ll be a member of the Society of Sports Therapists and hold a 1st BSc in Sports Therapy. Ideally you will hold a care certificate, though we can support completion of this.

In your role as Rehabilitation Therapist with Connect Health you will work as part of a highly-skilled team of musculoskeletal clinicians with a focus on leading our activity/exercise agenda and championing its many benefits to staff and patients alike. You will actively promote physical activity/exercise from a public health and MSK rehab perspective within our Croydon service; working with patients on a 1:1 basis, as part of group exercise programs, and in local gyms.

If you’re experienced within healthcare rehabilitation and strive to develop yourself and others to consistently deliver outstanding care, then we would love to hear from you.
