Developing positive relationships with customers and delivering an exceptional customer service, you will be a natural problem solver who thrives in a challenging environment with complex complaints, taking ownership and keeping an excellent level of customer communication.
You will investigate all the facts thoroughly and fairly, following Company and Regulatory rules and guidelines efficiently, using both your own knowledge and information gained from customer’s complaints. You will be accurate, consistent and fair in your approach, keeping customer service at the forefront throughout the complaint journey.
You will be a key player in making sure department objectives are consistently met and taking responsibility of your own personal development and performance targets.
Required by you
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritise workload is essential and achieving deadlines
Complex complaint handling experience
Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with phone and written complaints
