Our national financial services client is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

Job Role

  • To be responsible for all facilities requirements for all of the businesses offices throughout the UK.

 

  • Managing leases and contracts for all sites.

 

  • Responsible for ensuring all buildings insurance an liability cover is up to date.

 

  • Planning and organising all required maintenance for all sites.

Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in the commercial building services environment.

  • Experience of working in a large multi-site or multi-national building services environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with people at all levels, internally and externally and develop effective working relationships

  • Strong maintenance knowledge and experience of managing multi-site PPM.

  • Dealing with and managing third party contracts to ensure all Facilities requirements are covered.

This is a full time position that is working office hours but may require occasional travel to the various locations.
