We’re currently working with a key client based in Northumberland who is actively looking for 2 experienced 1st Line Support Analysts to join on an initial 1 month contract with the potential to be extended to 2 months.
The successful candidates will work as a member of a small team of specialists to ensure the end user experience of moving into our new HQ is a positive experience with minimum downtime.
The 1st Line Desktop Support role includes consideration of the following services: user access, file and print, email, remote solutions, Windows 10.x operating system support, mobile, desktop application management, O365 and integrated Skype for Business desktop.
Knowledge and Skills required:
Experience of Service Desk/Desktop support within an Enterprise setting
Experience of Supporting Staff with Office 365
Experience of supporting various Audio-Visual solutions
Experience of the Desktop Installs and Windows OS troubleshooting
Hours would be Monday to Thursday 0830 – 1700 Friday 0830 – 1430.
