NRG is delighted to be working with a national retailer with over 100 stores throughout the UK. Due to recent growth and plans to increase online sales over the next 3 years, they are now looking for an SEO Executive to join their eCommerce team.
As the SEO Executive, you will report to the Digital Acquisition Manager and be accountable for improving the organic search performance of their two brands. You will be required to have experience of SEO and analytics to be successful in this position.
Key responsibilities (but not limited):
Perform keyword research in conjunction with the business objectives to help optimise existing content and discover new opportunities
Maximise ethical link building opportunities through utilising outreach techniques to help drive the site authority
Produce timely and accurate specific reports, highlighting changes in performance with well thought out analysis on optimisation and development
Monitor and administer their web analytics dashboard
Utilise search engine programs (XML sitemaps, Google & Bing) fur undertaking regular site health checks and diagnostic reporting
Conduct technical on page audits to establish and remove any impediments to search performance
Skills and experience:
Educated to Degree level or must have experience in a similar role
Must have experience working in a Digital Marketing/SEO role
Excellent understanding of increasing traffic and conversion measurements
Experience of content outreach and link building
Proven ability to write optimised web content for SEO performance
Solid understanding of site architecture/website taxonomy
Experience using Google Analytics on a daily basis
Ability to communicate with third party suppliers and external stakeholders
