NRG is working with a highly prestigious client located in Cramlington. Our client are looking for a temporary Consumer Feedback Manager to join them for around 3 months. The purpose of the role is to ensure that the client is always listening to their customers, and taking vital insight back to the business to ensure product improvement. Candidates of experience of working in product fault management are encouraged to apply for this role.
Duties to include:
* Develop and generate product Health Check scorecards to provide an overview of the performance of each product
* Represent the consumer when improvements are being reviewed
* Provide quarterly product training for internal employees to support with the overall understanding the portfolios
* Provide regular reporting on product review performance
