Working as part of a fun, hard working and customer-obsessed team and reporting into the Customer Insight Manager, this role will focus on supporting the continued growth of the Society through the production and analysis of customer, product and sales data.
You’ll work across all departments to coordinate reported results and will be able to present your findings relevantly and clearly to internal stakeholders. You’ll carry out market research activities, developing insight from competitor analysis, and will provide analysis, interpretation and reporting of audience insight tools.
We’re looking for Graduate calibre applicants or equivalent, able to demonstrate knowledge of Marketing and/or Research in a customer focused environment; ideally you’ll have some practical experience of working within an Analyst or Researcher role in a commercial environment. You’ll have outstanding communication skills, and be able to articulate ideas and data clearly and with relevance. You’ll also have excellent IT skills, able to pick up systems quickly, with an inquisitive mind-set.
