NRG are working exclusively with a large organisation in the healthcare sector and due to their continued growth are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to join their digital services team.

Starting Salary: £40,000 + pay progression + fantastic benefits including:

  • Holiday entitlements of 27 days per year, plus eight general and public holidays, rising to 33 days after 10 years' service.

  • Primarily to manage and lead on IM&T Programmes to ensure efficient procurement and Implementation of a range of projects for client organisations

  • Ensure the delivery of projects to meet the quality standards required, on budget and within the prescribed timescales.

  • Formulating strategies for IM&T services.

  • Specification, design and estimated costs for new IT System implementations, which impact across clinical and non-clinical areas.

  • Providing expert advice on a range of highly complex IM&T areas

  • Manage the service development programme

  • Manage a team of project managers.

  • Provide overall management for their own projects

  • Manages, facilitates and monitors progress of projects.

  • Manages performance improvement and service development.

  • Manages teams of project staff where appropriate.

  • Analyse highly complex project & IM&T reports to present at the Board

  • To lead, inspire and motivate others to high performance by agreeing clear goals and objectives, providing support and guidance and creating opportunities for development

  • To contribute to the development of a culture of high engagement, where staff are empowered and entrusted to provide the best services and care for patients

  • To promote and facilitate innovation and continuous improvement to deliver better services for service users and patients

  • Projects range in cost from £5,000 – >£1,000,000.

  • Staff impacted by projects can range from 5 – 10,000

  • Projects may last between several weeks and in excess of one year.

  • Directly manage, support and develop the project managers

  • Directly manage , support and develop the project analysts
