NRG are delighted to be working on behalf of a well established and steadily growing SME to source a People Engagement Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.
Our client is looking for the successful candidate to join in late July for a maternity cover that will last 12 months and they will consider part time candidates.
Generalist HR activities - employee relations, disciplinaries and grievances, starters and leavers
Growth and people engagement
Training strategy and development
Succession planning and talent pipelining for the business
Management of pay and reward
Employee branding - aligning HR and communications
To be considered for this role you should have a solid generalist HR background and have an interest in people and organisational development. We are looking for a proactive and intuitive individual. A CIPD qualification or relevant HR qualification or experience is essential.
This role should greatly appeal to someone who is keen to develop themselves as well as being an integral part in the growth and expansion of a forward thinking and dynamic organisation.
