NRG are delighted to be working with Raytec, an independent UK based company developing award winning LED lighting products from their site in the UK to over 70 countries world-wide in their distribution network.

Due to recent growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team by using a mix of digital marketing platforms to grow the brand globally. This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, market leading business whilst playing a key role in developing their business globally.

Outline of the role:

Reporting into the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for managing the digital marketing platforms to support the business growth plan within agreed budget. You will take full ownership of the campaigns through managing the process of generating sales leads and engaging the customer business through their CRM platform, whilst using SEO and PPC to build their brand and reputation.

Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns

  • Build the brand through SEO, social media and web-based design activities

  • Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

  • Manage and maintain the Raytec website to develop their reputation

  • Manage PPC campaigns

  • Update and optimise all images for online use

  • Create content for the marketing department including videos, blogs, white papers, webinars, including PR plan and content

Skills and experience required:

  • Must be able to demonstrate proven experience working in a similar role with a strong commercial awareness

  • Fundamental understanding of best digital marketing platforms including SEO and Pay Per Click

  • You must be able to thrive in a creative environment through effective use of various marketing communications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you will be required to collaborate daily with your team as well as maintaining all social media activity

The working hours will be 08:30-17:00 Monday-Thursday and 08:30-14:30 Friday. In addition to this, you are rewarded for all achievements and hard work, as well as the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience in marketing by attending training courses relevant to your area.
