NRG are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant to join our client in Blyth on a 6 month fixed term contract. There is a possibility the contract could continue or be made permanent.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Provide efficient, effective assistance and support to the Head of HR and wider internal business customers
Coordinate the whole recruitment and onboarding process.
Assist with HR projects
Ensure the relevant HR database and personal HR files are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
Produce and issue all HR related reports
Provide routine advice and support on people matters
Skills and Experience:-
You must have recent experience working in a busy HR department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational skills and a methodical approach to work
