NRG are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor to join our manufacturing client based in Cramlington.
This role has been newly created due to expansion and will provide HR operational support in a constantly growing and evolving business.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Ensure effective implementation of employee induction and orientation plans
Manage employee relations matters including absence management, grievances, disciplinaries and performance issues
Support the recruitment process in all areas
In conjunction with the HR Manager facilitate the performance management cycle
Provide coaching, counselling and advice
Oversee maintenance of employee data on all HR systems
Support the HR Manager in the formulation and delivery of the HR Strategy
Support with the delivery of the agreed training plan
Provide support/lead in the delivery of HR Projects
Skills and Experience:-
You must have at least 2 years experience in an HR Generalist role
Experience working within the manufacturing/engineering sector
Be a team player with the ability to build relationships
Have a sound understanding of employee legislation and best practice
Be able to work in a fast paced, changing organisation with multiple demands
