NRG are currently recruiting for a dynamic and talented Customer Service Manager to join our Newcastle based marketing client.
We are keen to talk to candidates who have excellent people management skills and can create a work environment in which everyone thrives and delivers on KPI’s.
Duties and Responsibilities:-
Plan the resource management of the team
Implement the QA process, identifying areas for improvement and create tailored development plans for each team member
Create and implement all training programmes for new and existing team members
Record and track KPI’s within the team
Professionally resolve escalated complaints promptly and efficiently
Ensure the team are complaint with all company policy, procedures and regulatory requirements
Skills and Experience:-
Recent and considerable experience as a Customer Service Manager – including outbound calling experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to translate skills to other employees through training and mentoring
