The role of the Commercial Consultant is to support our Business Development function in our business growth and ensure we hold and sustain strong commercial advantage in the global market place. The aim is to successfully identify, and implement opportunities that contribute towards the strategic operational business plan.
Support the commercial strategy aligning this to the overall strategic and operational business plan.
Bring new ideas and initiatives to the forefront to grow the new business opportunities and expand the brand globally.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Support the business in its ambitions for further global expansion from a commercial aspect.
Identify risks taking action where necessary or escalating these to the relevant person along with identifying opportunities and capitalising on these.
Ensure customers are receiving a high quality, effective service to deliver results for them across the whole portfolio of products and services.
Provide clear direction and stewardship to the business to define target audiences for both new. prospects and existing customers where an opportunity exists.
Develop tailored client presentations and proposals where appropriate, ensuring that our offerings are responsive, tailored, innovative and competitive.
Support the wider business with the overall value proposition including commercial and pricing models, high level themes and marketing messages, reason to buy and reason to renew.
Identifying and maximising commercial opportunities for new revenue streams for new and existing business.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to drive efficiencies for the business.
Management of customer data that enables us to build relationships with companies and individuals within those companies.
Operate as a key influencer in both commercial, strategic and business decisions.
Apply problem solving tools and techniques to reach and implement the preferred solution.
To build relationships externally with business partners, suppliers and key customers.
Liaison with key stakeholders, make accurate decisions based upon the needs of our commercial focus.
