Our client is a leading brand name provider of insurance products and due to expansion a new role has been created in their Newcastle office.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Experience, the Third Party Settlement Manager will take ownership of the Third Party Settlement function, providing operational leadership to a team of Team Leaders and Claims Negotiators.
Key to the success of this role is the ability to lead the day to day management of the function; ensuring that all claims are handled in the correct technical manner, in accordance with policy cover, legal liability, and departmental, fraud, ABI and FCA guidelines, and that workflow is maintained in order to meet business objectives.
Applicants will have significant experience within the insurance claims and claims fraud market coupled with demonstrated ability to operationally lead and people manage.
